Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Course and Content Access

Upon successful payment:
  • You will receive access to the purchased course or content within your account
  • Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Unless otherwise stated, course access is for the duration specified at the time of purchase
Raj Technologies reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

For editing asset packs, access and download will be available immediately upon successful payment through your account or via the download link sent to your registered email. Downloaded asset files are licensed for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Raj Technologies as outlined in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Interview question sets, coding booklets, and other educational digital products are licensed strictly for your personal study and reference. They may not be reproduced, printed in bulk, distributed, or used in any commercial or institutional setting without prior written permission from Raj Technologies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Share your account credentials with any other person
  • Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any content from Raj Technologies
  • Record, download, or screen-capture any video content without explicit written permission
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Post spam, abusive, or harmful content in any community or support channels
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law in connection with your use of our services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course, product, or service related to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked without a refund, depending on the nature of the violation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
