​All content available on Raj Technologies (rajtechnologies.co) is the exclusive intellectual property of Raj Technologies. This policy outlines the terms under which our content may and may not be used.

1. Ownership of Content

Raj Technologies owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the following content on this platform:
  • All video lessons, tutorials, and recorded sessions
  • Course curriculum, structure, and instructional materials
  • Digital products including Motion backgrounds, animated overlays, video assets, Bundled creative asset packs and editor starter kits, Interview question sets, Coding booklets, reference guides, and educational PDFs
  • The Raj Technologies name, logo, and brand identity
  • Any other downloadable educational or creative content published under the Raj Technologies brand
 
This content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and internationally.

2. License Granted to Users

When you purchase a course, digital product, membership, or any downloadable content — including editing asset packs, interview question sets, and coding booklets — you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content for your own individual, non-commercial purposes only.
 
For editing asset packs specifically — including SFX, motion backgrounds, etc. — you are permitted to use the assets in your own personal video projects, content, and productions. However, this license does not permit redistribution, resale, or sharing of the raw asset files themselves in any form.

For educational materials — including interview question sets and coding booklets — you are permitted to use them solely for your own personal study and reference. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any commercial or institutional setting without prior written permission from Raj Technologies.

3. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any content from Raj Technologies in any form
  • Sharing, distributing, or uploading any course videos, materials, or digital products to any third-party platform, website, or file-sharing service
  • Reselling or sublicensing any content purchased on this platform
  • Screen recording, downloading, or capturing video content through any tool or method
  • Using any content from Raj Technologies for commercial purposes, including creating derivative courses or products based on our material
  • Removing or altering any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding from our content
  • Using the Raj Technologies name, logo, or brand assets without explicit written permission
  • Uploading asset files to any stock website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
  • Claiming ownership or authorship of any asset purchased from Raj Technologies
  • Using purchased assets to create a competing asset pack, product library, or digital store
  • Reproducing, printing, or distributing interview question sets or coding booklets in any format — digital or physical
  • Using any educational PDF, booklet, or guide published by Raj Technologies as study material in a commercial coaching class, training program, or institution without explicit written permission
  • Passing off any Raj Technologies educational material as your own original work

4. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, or if you become aware of any unauthorized use of Raj Technologies' content, please notify us immediately at:
