Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Raj Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are applicable.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All payments on Raj Technologies are processed through Razorpay.
1. Courses
We offer a refund on course purchases under the following conditions:

Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed

Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:

How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. Membership Plans
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period

You will not be charged for the next billing cycle

Access to member-exclusive content will be revoked at the end of the current billing period
Refunds for Membership
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within an active membership period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case.
3. Digital Products
All digital products sold on Raj Technologies — including cheat sheets, templates, roadmaps, resource packs, SFX packs, motion background packs, editing asset packs, interview question sets, coding booklets, and any other downloadable educational or creative materials — are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are delivered instantly upon purchase.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading or accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of duplicate payment, accidental purchase, or technical error on our part, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund regardless of the above conditions.
