When using Raj Technologies, you agree to:

  • You must not reproduce, copy, or share any course materials, digital products, or resources with others — whether for free or for payment.
  • You must not use any content from Raj Technologies to create competing products, services, or educational materials.

4. Payments and Chargebacks

  • You agree to pay for all purchases using valid payment methods.
  • You must not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Raj Technologies support and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be pursued legally.

5. Community and Support Channels

If Raj Technologies operates any community spaces, forums, messaging groups, or support channels, you agree to:
  • Communicate respectfully and constructively at all times
  • Not post spam, promotional content, or irrelevant links
  • Not engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behaviour toward any person
  • Not share copyrighted content, pirated material, or unauthorized resources
  • Not spread misinformation or deliberately misleading content

6. Technical Misuse

You must not:
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Raj Technologies platform or infrastructure
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from the website
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the platform
  • Circumvent any access controls, DRM protections, or security measures on the website

7. Enforcement

Raj Technologies reserves the right to:
  • Investigate any suspected violation of this policy
  • Remove access to content or services without notice if a violation is detected
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of this policy
  • Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities
 
The severity of action taken will depend on the nature and extent of the violation. We reserve the right to take legal action where necessary.
